One Hose Rig

"ALL AIR ADVANTAGE” ONE HOSE SPRAY FOAM RIG

We can install our one hose system on vehicles as small as a 14' Sprinter or a 16' box truck. We can install a one hose system with the option to expand to a two hose system as your business grows.   We power the air system by using a side mounted PTO driven screw compressor or a skid mounted diesel compressor depending on whether you want a truck or trailer. All of the heat we use is taken form the waste heat generated by the diesel engines. We harness the waste heat by means of our exclusive Hot Box heating system. This allows you to set the hose group and material temperatures prior to the proportioner.  By bringing the resin and the iso up to spray temperature prior to the proportioner, we have assured that each component is at a similar viscosity, this allows for high yield spray foam.  Our hot box allows you to set your hose group and material temperatures anywhere from 86 to 158 degrees Fahrenheit in almost any weather condition. Our mechanically based control system automatically adjusts the temperatures to your desired set point.  Our Kevlar jacketed hydronic heated hose groups are second to none.  PSI Pumping was the first in the industry to employ this technology and we feel that we have the best hydronic heated hoses on the market today.

FEATURES

  • PTO driven screw compressor or skid mounted diesel powered compressor
  • PSI exclusive hot box heating system
  • Hydronic heated hose groups with Kevlar scuff guard jacket
  • Air driven system
BENEFITS
  • More versatile robust heating system allows you to spray in all weather conditions.
  • Simple mechanically based design means less time spent on maintenance and lower cost
  • Little or no preheat time needed before you start spraying

ADVANTAGES
  • PSI’s unique hot box heating system heats ISO and resin to spray temperature prior to  proportioner this assures similar component viscosities which facilitates high yield spray foam.
  • Capability of spraying two 300’ hose groups at the same time or you can couple the hose groups together and spray one 600’ hose group.
  • No preheating of the barrels required, you can start spraying minutes after arriving at the job site.
  • NO expensive electronics to replace or repair!
